Whereas the said Lawrence Bennetch caused the aforesaid Tract of Land
to laid out and parted into Out Lots as in and by the said ??? conveyance and
plan of said Out Lots will more fully and at large appear. Now this indenture
Witnesseth That the said Lawrence Bennetch for and in consideration of
the sum of two hundred pounds Specie lawful money of Pennsylvania to him will
andtruly in hand paid by said John Balsley at and before the ensealing
and delivery hereof the receipt as hereby acknowledges and the said John Balsley
his Heirs and Executors and Administrators thereof acquitted and forever
discharged by these present Hath granted bargained Sold aliened ??? All and
Singular the two following described Lots peice and parcel of lands Beginning at
a post on Bank of River Sesquehanna thence North Seventy seven degrees and
twenty six minutes East one hundred and twenty eight perches and eight tenths of
a perch to a post thence North twenty degrees west eleven perches and three
tenths of a perch to a post thence South Seventy eight degrees and thirty two
minutes west one hundred and twenty eight perches and eight tenths of a perch to
a post Thence down the river Susquehanna thence several courses thereof thirteen
perches and eight tenths of a perch to the place of Beginning containing ten
acres of Land and market in the general plan of said Out Lots
Number/twelve and thirteen Together also with all and Singular the Improvements
Buildings House Out Houses Barns Stables garden Orchards Meadows Pastures
Ways Waters Water courses Rights Liberties privleges Hereitaments
appurtenances unto the above described two Lots piece and parcel of Land
belonging or in any wise apportaining and the Reversions and remainor rent
Issues and profits thereof and al the Estate Right Title Interest property claim
and demand him the said Lawrence Bennetch of in to or out of the
same or any part or parcel there of To have and hold the above two described
piece and parcel of Land containing ten acres Herediaments premises hereby
granted or mentioned so to be with the appurtenances unto him the siad John
Balsley his Heirs and assigns To the only proper use and Behoof of him the
said John Balsley his heirs Executors and Administrators doth covenant
grant and agree to and with the said John Balsley his Heirs and Assigns
that he the siad Lawrence Bennetch and his Heires the above described two
Lots piece and parcel of Land hereby grants or mentioned or intended so to be
with the appurtenances unto him the said John Balsley his Heirs and
Assigns against him the said Lawrence Bennetch and his Heires and against
all and every other person and persons lawfully claiming or to claim the same or
any part or parcel thereof him by ???????
